• A degree/diploma in HR, business, information technology or related field.
• Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, or supporting such roles.
• Experience in business analysis and quality analysis testing.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet's, MS Project.

• Managing Cloud transformation projects (Azure Cloud preferred but any cloud platform experience is an added benefit)
• PMP is an asset
• Experience managing cyber security projects or working with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO)
