Responsible for creating the software platform, and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field required. 8+ years experience required. Position Purpose:
Responsible for using best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to the fit the stakeholders/sponsor’s needs, clear articulation of outcomes, service level agreements and metric as well as developing a schedule to ensure project completion. Must be accountable for comprehending the project scope and project objectives to effectively coordinate the activities of the team members and ensure completion of the project timeline. Assemble a team, outline individual responsibilities and provide on-going direction. Typical project scope will include managing a large project or several smaller projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Fully accountable for team engagement to achieve deliverables and project outcomes
- Act as escalation point to resolve issues, conflicts and remove barriers
- Manages project scope/requirements changes, multiple and competing demands and priorities determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based metrics/assumptions
- Provide consulting and guidance on project initiatives including business case preparation and developing creative/alternative approaches to problem resolution
