  • Additionally, the TPRM Junior Analyst will assist TPRM Junior Manager in ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the management of Tier 1 suppliers.
Key Accountabilities Third-Party Risk Management Process Oversight 
  • Aggregates internal and external supplier information to onboard Tier 1 suppliers
  • Assists of TPRM Junior Manager with completion of risk assessments with the designated Business Owners and Governance Stakeholders for Tier 1 Supplier engagements.
  • Assists TPRM Junior Manager with trend analysis and compiles material updates at Service Excellence and Third-Party Risk Management Committee for Tier 1 Suppliers
  • TPRM Framework – First Line of Defense – Assists TPRM Junior Manager with compiling and documenting identified potential risks with Tier 1 Supplier engagements across all 9 risk categories.
Supplier Performance Monitoring and Governance 
  • Supports the TPRM Program and internal stakeholders with supplier segmentation assessments based on spend, risk and business criticality for all Tier 1 suppliers
  • Assists the TPRM Junior Manager with the collection and compilation of materials for Business Reviews for Tier 1 Suppliers. Follows up with Business Owners and Suppliers as required.
  • Supports TPRM Junior Manager with coordination of Supplier Surveys and Scorecard Compilation for Tier 1 Suppliers.
  • Supports TPRM Junior Manager with monthly operational reviews for Tier 1 Suppliers.
  • Validates Tier 3 risk assessments (including annual segmentation validation).
  • Updates documents (as required) in repository used for Tier 3 Supplier governance (business guidance).
Supplier Due Diligence 
  • Assists with the creation of Supplier Profiles for all Tier 1 Suppliers and ensure profiles are updated semi-annually.
Strategic Contract Management
  • Collects all contractual due diligence items for Tier 1 suppliers and maintains repository
  • Liaisons with Contract Management Administrator for any required reporting
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma/ degree in a related field
Minimum Requirement
  • Experience in banking industry, vendor management or strategic sourcing
  • Solid understanding of third party/vendor management programs
  • Excellent communication skills and time-management
  • Advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Excel, Project Access)
  • Exceptional analytical skills to gather relevant information, identify key issues, critically compare information, develop conclusions, and develop well-supported recommendations
  • Convey ideas, information and materials to individuals and groups
  • Experience working for a Financial Services organization
  • Demonstrated experience segmenting, analyzing, and reporting third-party performance and risk
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Ariba
  • Experience working with database and data analytical tools, such as SQL, VBA, Power Query
  • Experience working with visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI
