The Data Product Owner – Business Platforms & Experience contributes to the overall success of International Wealth Management organization (IWM) strategy, by enabling a common data platform for all wealth applications, and International Wealth Management in resolving complex business and data issues.
Project:
This is a demanding hands-on role which requires the incumbent to be knowledgeable of the data architecture, managing highly complex projects, specific to data, and has in-depth experience collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams. The incumbent should have the ability to develop recommendations, propose solutions, and define functional requirements, in collaboration with business, tech, and various other partners. Additionally, should be highly analytical and have a good understanding of databases, technical architecture, and query tools, with previous experience in wealth management or capital markets or related domains.
This role will be focused on acceleration of IWM’s data & analytics transformation, particularly on implementing a Wealth Data Hub; build a data platform that consolidates information structured by relevant domains such as clients, portfolio, and performance, enabling Advisor and Client experience across IWM.

- Provide expertise on systems gap analysis and potential risks/issues on projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
- Acts as a liaison between business and IT to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Present recommendations with technology teams, collaborating on system design, and understanding process, database structures, and Data Model.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing end-to-end testing results for data projects.
- Manage communications and status reporting of ongoing initiatives, including summarizing project risks and options and facilitating prompt decisions when needed.
- Provide expertise on relational and dimensional data modelling.
- Provide the team expertise on data models such as star and snowflake schemas.
- Proficiency in SQL is a must have.

- OCSP Tenant:Ontario Cervical Screening Program (OCSP) is the province-wide screening program for cervical cancer. Under the HPV project, Ontario Health's OCSP will align with evidence-based screening guidelines and implement HPV testing. - 7+ years of web development experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery
- 5+ years of hands-on development in C#/ASP.NET including .NET Core
- 3+ years of experience developing applications in script-based MV* front-end frameworks like Angular (or React) with TypeScript and component libraries
- Experience working with REST APIs, SQL, and non-relational databases such as Cosmos DB
- Experience with Git and knowledge of source control strategies
- Knowledge of WCAG standards and techniques, including WAI-ARIA and OWASP security principles/best practices
- Solid communications skills: the ability to understand (comprehension) and follow instructions and requirements to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint: administration, SOAP/REST, SharePoint application development (SPFx)
- Experience working with Service Workers
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and DevOps
