Description; As a Senior Process Consultant, you will be supporting Infrastructure Technology in its strategic path of innovating our infrastructure products by improving and building new processes and workflows. You will excel in identifying opportunities to simplify, reduce waste and ultimately free-up capacity of our Operations through process optimization and automation. You will provide consultation on process designs for large, innovative Technology initiatives. You will be an advocate for enabling continuous improvement across Technology. Description; What You’ll Be Doing The role is responsible for leading the functional design and development of application systems across the technology stack. The resource also provides technical leadership to develop precise steps and processing logic across the platform, ensuring the designed specifications achieve business needs and follows correct coding standards and best practices. The role makes technology selection decisions that are often made in situations where business requirements are not completely defined. In this team the candidate is expected to work on Capital Markets Technology, related to funding and collateral management. There are combination of greenfield project including DEVOPs deliverables and new business tools/reporting, TechDebt work such as platform and infrastructure upgrades and smaller enhancements and bug fixes for currently live platform. Our backend is mainly built on C# Lucid platform, in addition to smaller use cases and functionalities within Autosys, Databricks and Batch scripts. The data platform consists of both MSSQL Server and Databricks. These entail bulk of the work items for a developer on a day 2 day. Additionally, there are UI and reporting tools in Plotly, Nexus, PowerBI all integrated with Databricks. Additionally  we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 day per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Probationary Period
  • Initial 90-day probationary period to assess fit and capabilities
  • Clear performance objectives to be established within first 30 days

Early Termination Provisions
  • Company may terminate the contract with 10 business days' written notice without cause

Extension and Renewal Provisions
  • Contract extension is at the sole discretion

    • Achievement of defined deliverables and performance metrics
    • Ongoing organizational need for services
    • Budget availability and value for money
    • Contractor's demonstrated reliability and cultural fit
    • Project continuity requirements
  • Extension terms:
    • Maximum extension periods as per procurement policy
    • Rate adjustments, if any, must align with approved rate cards
    • Additional or modified terms may be introduced during extension
  • Extension process:
    • Review initiated minimum 30 days before contract end date
    • Appropriate management approvals as per delegation of authority
    • Written notice of extension decision provided minimum 30 days before contract end
  • No guarantee or implicit right to extension regardless of performance
  • Company reserves the right to:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to joint their Data & Analytics team within Data & Technology team, reporting directly to the Director of Data & Analytics.  Soft skills are key here-- this person needs to a self-starter who takes initiative, with strong communication and collaboration skills.  They'll be expected to engage in a size and scope exercise alongside the other team members (Product Manager, Data Architect, BA, 2 other Data Engineers, 1 BA Developers).   Technical criteria that's needed is being strong with Informatica IICS, Snowflake, Python, AWS, technically broad experience of around 10 years.  They will be working with batched reporting.   Majority of reports are executive reports, so they are high impact and this person needs to be mindful of how data is being presented-- great problem solving skills are important here.   IICS, Tableau, Snowflake, Python-- everything has been configured and is in place and on the cloud, no set up or that kind of work required.  Might be engaged sometimes if there's some tools that need batch updates.  Sometimes Admin experience will be required in terms of how to set up pipelines, sometimes interacting with vendors, working with the CloudOps team when API is getting enabled with vendors, getting correct permissions etc.   Nice to have would be: - QA framework, validation framework, or control audit framework - Experience with Data Vault 2.0 (they're moving from traditional modelling to Data Vault 2.0) - Real estate or retail experience is a bonus but not necessary.
