Brief description of duties:

• Visual Designer for an internal business banking portal
• Working with older systems, problem systems, taking an older system and modernizing the visual aspects
• Focus is Mostly on visual design
• Supporting 2 different squads
• Building the payment visual workflows within the portal

MUST haves:

• Agile
• Lateral thinking / design thinking
• Facilitation and problem solving (may be a part of the interview process)
• Tools – Figma is main design tool, Jira, Confluence, Mural, etc.

Nice to have:

• Any interaction design experience is desired
• Financial Institution or Payments Experience or Small business Banking
• Experience with digital asset systems
