UI Path RPA Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced UI Path Developer with expertise in Power Automate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, utilizing both UI Path and Power Automate platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and create scalable solutions to streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UI Path and Power Automate.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and processes for automation.
Automate business processes across a variety of departments, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support existing RPA solutions.
Optimize automation solutions for performance and scalability.
Ensure the effective deployment and management of RPA bots in production environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Document development processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide training and support to end users on utilizing RPA solutions.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, particularly in UI Path and Power Automate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in developing automation solutions using UI Path and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of RPA principles, tools, and best practices.
Experience with designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows in both UI Path and Power Automate.
Proficient in RPA tools’ debugging and troubleshooting processes.
Solid understanding of business processes and ability to transform them into automated workflows.
Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integrations with APIs and third-party tools.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in UI Path (e.g., UI Path RPA Developer Advanced Certification) or Power Automate.
Familiarity with process mapping and business process management (BPM).
Experience with other automation or integration tools such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Physical Presence: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
