Title: Software Engineer
Term: Contract – 6 months with extension
Location: Hybrid, onsite twice a week

Brief Description on Duties:
- Full lifecycle application development.
- Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
- Software modeling and simulation Front end graphical user interface design
- Software testing and quality assurance
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
- Support, maintain and document software functionality Integrate software with existing systems Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
Must Have Skills:
- REST API design and implementation skills
- More than 4 years of hands-on development and design experience in: JAVA (J2EE), Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Boot, JBoss, Maven, SQL, MS Azure
- Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, MQ, JMS
- Understanding of working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and experience with DevOp
Nice to Have:
- Banking experience
- MS Azure certifications
