Brief description of duties:

• University or College education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant work experience as a Developer
• Experience with VB.Net
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle
• Experience leading large, global Development teams responsible for delivering complex solutions
• Strong communication skills are required, must balance Leadership and tact while driving the work forward
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments
• Effective time management and prioritization skills

MUST haves:

• Provide guidance and consistency across the client Initiatives
• Provide development for the tasks as assigned
• Assist in resolution of configuration and development challenges
• Release and Environment Management
• Assist with Testing Strategy and Transition to Production
• Complete tasks as assigned by the manager for Reinsurance Software developers
• Submit detailed design specs when requested.
• Produce good quality code according to the Reinsurance Design Pattern
• Test your code so the business does not have errors
