Brief description of duties:

• Provide ServiceNow development assistance including, but not limited to, form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting and third-party software integrations
• Coordinate with the team to understand business requirements and rationale behind changes to existing functionality as well as new functionality to be deployed
• Configure new applications and modules related to IRM and Security

MUST haves:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations Modules
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, JavaScript and web software design principles + Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC), Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, vulnerability management, end-point protection, breach detection and threat intelligence
• Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies: Denial of Service (DDoS), malware, phishing, brute force, Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), buffer overflow, etc.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification required

Nice to haves:

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Security Operations strongly preferred
• Good communication skills and a strong personal commitment to quality service
• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)
