Senior Program Manager

Description;

August to October:
• Drive the Fiscal 26 roadmap of activities
• Build the F26 business case and lead it through the approval process
October onwards:
• Oversee F26 delivery, managing multiple releases throughout 2026

MUST HAVE;
-10 years of progressive project and program management experience in a large financial services environment
-Has worked in a structured PMO or ideally EPMO
-Has worked on several 10+Million budget projects
-Candidate Profile:
• Proactive and hands-on, with a strong execution mindset
• Consistently updates project plans and status reports on a weekly basis
• Manages financials related to their activities
• Resolves issues promptly and minimizes escalations
• Builds strong relationships with program leaders and peers
• Collaborates effectively within a diverse team
• Demonstrates inclusivity and values different perspectives
• Possesses high emotional intelligence
