Senior Data Analyst

Description;

Data & Business Analyst to focus on improving data integrity within Salesforce. This role combines hands-on data analysis, business process understanding, and stakeholder collaboration to resolve data quality issues, streamline reporting, and uncover root causes.

-Identify, research, and resolve Salesforce data issues — e.g., duplicate client profiles, inconsistent field usage, missing data
-Collect and consolidate data from surveys and other sources; clean, standardize, and organize into Excel or SQL-friendly formats
-Conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying causes of data issues and recommend corrective processes
-Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data integrity, issue trends, and survey insights
Implement data quality controls, audit routines, and cleanup strategies in Salesforce and Excel
-Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations through clear documentation and stakeholder presentations

MUST HAVE;
-5+ years data analysis
-SQL
-Excel
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills and is able to directly talk to stakeholders

Nice Have;
-Salesforce exp is a big plus
-Has prior experience cleaning up data, building roadmaps, tracking fixes, and reporting to stakeholders on a frequent

Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
