Brief description of duties:.

The Systems Analyst (SAN) is responsible for ensuring and leading the effective application of technology to business problems and opportunities. The SAN works closely with the business sponsors and business representatives to create the business architecture and capture the business systems objectives, evaluate the business case, and define the business and systems requirements. This role also works with Project Managers, Systems Architects, and senior Software Developers in a shared responsibility for project feasibility evaluation, quality and completion. Scale Large projects involving multiple business areas involving both internal and external companies. May involve other sites. Complexity Level High level of complexity across various business areas where both the impact and risk associated are high.

MUST haves:

• 7 – 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience minimum
• data analysis, functional and nonfunctional analysis, data migration, logical data mapping. Experience applying problem solving, critical thinking negotiation, as well as with delivering overviews, presentations
• Excellent communications.
• Finance/compliance/HR experience required
