Scrum Master

• Owns the process for the team and is the facilitator to help the team achieve its goals.
• Protects the self-organizing team from distractions
• Removes impediments that prevent the team from achieving its goals
• Helps the teams inspect and adapt and continuously improve themselves
• Monitors and reports on project status (includes preparing executive decks)
• Identifies and negotiates project resources
• Ensures all mandatory and supporting artefacts are completed and signed-off
• Responsible for completing and preparing artefacts (e.g implementation plan, complete compliance assessment, etc.)
• Collects and performs team review of estimates to ensure consistency and completeness
• Build roadmap
• Provides oversight and maintains MIS for the project
• Leads and motivates team
• Reviews/approves and provides feedback to key artefacts (mainly for quality)
• Willingness to perform other duties required to  meet sprint goals (training and support will be provided)

• Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Confluence, Jira, MS Project

Must Have Skills: 

• Web application development experience
• Expert in identifying and planning out activities with the team
• Bachelor Degree
• Agile and waterfall methodologies
• 8+ years Scrum Master experience

Nice to Have Skills: 

• BA/BSA experience
