Brief description of duties:

Responsible for leading and delivering projects as part of the IFRS 17 Program to meet these new accounting standards.

MUST haves:

• Finance Background (nice to have) specifically with Frontier.
• The projects are a Frontier Upgrade occurring in August with a warranty period after that and IFRS17 work associated with Frontier (this is downstream work from other IFRS17 projects)
• It is Global – so some meetings will occur outside of standard business hours
• Ability to guide the team as it spans across multiple business partners (Treasury, Finance etc.) – so there is a need to be able to navigate difference business accounts
• Technical data must be able to be understood.  They must be able to understand the data and help the business understand it as well.
• Understanding of end to end data.
• Facilitation skills
• Must be able to handle a chaotic and potentially stressful environment in some cases
