Brief description of duties:

• Responsible for successful ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• Coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Verifies feasibility of provided requirements with the development team
• Monitors development/sprint progress
• Works with Scrum Team on any development related issues
• Works with stakeholders on removing impediments in the team
• Responsible for coordinating work with the development team, ensuring timelines are met
• Responsible for project status communication and reporting;
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal team of developers and testers

MUST haves:

• Experience with data integration projects
• Experience managing budget, project status reporting
• Stakeholder management
• Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master in work related to software development
• Experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural, international environment (medium to large projects)
• Strong consulting and negotiation skills
• Must have: – PMP, Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS (PSM II, ACP or CSM)
• Nice to Have: One scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
• Degree in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience
