Brief description of duties:
- End-to-end review of the processes and controls impacted by Workday.
- Identification of existing controls impacted by Workday – SOX and Non-SOX
- Identification of new controls that need to be created as a result of the implementation, including manual and automated controls, or IT dependent controls – SOX and Non-SOX
- Documentation of changed and new controls in appropriate formats for auditors – different formats and requirements for SOX and non-SOX controls
- Creation and documentation of process maps – SOX and Non-SOX
- Provide advice, guidance, review and challenge of the risks and controls identified and documented
- Coordination with control owners, auditors, SOX Office for design walkthroughs and testing, and control assessments including design and operating effectiveness
- Uploading all controls to ERIC, the Enterprise Repository of Internal Controls – a regulatory requirement for the bank.
