Brief description of duties:

The digital platform acceleration project. The platform does predictive analytics on their prospective customers, the teams deliver underwriting analytics solutions, verify risks are profitable and dependencies.

Subteam of 2-4. They work on singular solutions ex. One dedicated for the Atlantic province group.

1.) Data extraction at beginning more individual programming
2.) Then they start the modelling. Interact to ensure they are well built
3.) Analysis of the result. A lot of stakeholder involvement. Explain to non-tech people about the models. Modelling and analysis were done in R.

Must-haves:

• 5 years in the insurance industry or related area. If not know to pick up business quick.
• Pharma or finance is good to grasp
• R Programming language is an asset
• Data extraction in SQL for analyses
• Analysis in R programming language
• Predictive Modelling
• Build Predictive Models
