Brief description of duties:

 

  • Work closely with the Test management Leadership to ensure:
    • Consistent communications to regional teams, ensure appropriate training is provided in advance
    • Consistent communications to regional, global and internal stakeholders
    • Project plans, schedule, and key Milestones are clearly and consistently communicated across the Program
    • Ensuring we meet all key stakeholder and actively manage feedback
    • Ensure stakeholder listing is maintained – key internal and external stakeholders for the OTT.
    • Ensure we proactively meet with key stakeholders and obtain feedback on issues and blockers
    • Ensure meetings are minute (action agenda) and actions are tracked to closure
  • Responsible for ensuring meetings are prepared for in advance where appropriate
  • Liaise with Program on stakeholder Mgmt.
  • Helps drive consistency in communications
  • Draft communications pack for stakeholders, rooted in baselined plans
  • Review all key information artifacts before they are released for consistency in key messages and timing (relative to the overall plan). This include plan updates, playbooks, and plan results
  • Support Leads and PM in OTT meetings
  • Ensure attendance at key OTT delivery meetings and collate feedback requiring actions [in support of the Test Lead role]
  • Track tactical asks from regions through to closure
  • Support Status Reporting

 

MUST haves:

  • Project Manager/Analyst skill set and experience would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience with Project/Program Management
  • Experience in the financial/insurance industry leading Global teams (onshore/offshore)
  • Ability to drive the work forward, proactively identify risks, and follow through on gap closure and mitigation strategies
  • Strong communicator, ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences

 

Nice to haves:

  • Excellent communication
  • IFRS/Regulatory experience an asset
