Brief description of duties:

• Maintain test documentation(ie. test assessment, test plan, test execution plan, test dashboard, and test exit report) Document and plan testing processes
• Write test cases (test scripts)
• Conduct functional testing for projects and enhancements alike
• Identify problem areas and capture using our JIRA tool
• Be comfortable discussing fixes with development and production support teams
• Track the life cycle of errors raised including escalation and retesting as required
• Analyze and present test reports to project teams
• Optimize and improve the testing process where applicable to increase testing efficiency

MUST Have:

• Strong technical background with either an undergraduate computer science/programming degree or significant experience
• Detail orientated to capture gaps between the current and proposed solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Strong experience with SQL
• Fixed Income or Capital Markets experience

NICE to have:

• Verify experience
• Experience in Fixed Income and GCF
• Automation tools and test management tools
• Master’s degree in Computer science
• Working knowledge of capital markets products and services
