Responsibilities:

Looking for an experience project manager who can take over the day to day activities of our Publication Review Process. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are an important criteria for Publications Review Process. Reporting to the team’s Director, looking for a project manager to ensure the process is delivered meeting Sun Life standards of accuracy, compliance and governance. You will manage the end to end flow of the process – ensuring that documents are submitted properly, that the correct reviewers are tagged for review and that you can respond to questions from submitters as to next steps and general guidance. You will also help educate users on how to move documents through the PRP process smoothly.

Wrike platform experience is mandatory

• You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team
• You thrive on small details and the ability to work on several projects simultaneousl
• Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization

Responsibilities

• Ensure that submissions are tagged to the appropriate groups for review
• Check in on submissions that are ‘stuck’ in the process and see how to assist in getting them reviewed, based on SLAs
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure that they are following established processes.
• Support marketing operations team with managing Wrike access
• Support any changes required to the forms for efficiency’s sake.

Main 3-5 technologies of the resource? Wrike and MS office Environment (SharePoint and OneNote)

Must know Wrike tool, multitasking, analytical skills (people will come to them to problem solve who need to get what reviewed), strong sense of organization, strong prioritization skills.
