Brief description of duties:

1. Small to large- 3 months to 2 years
   1. Depends on the project, have budgets on some projects so don’t really need to manage budget. Just need to make sure invoices are paid and track them. Has a finance person to actually manage budget.
   2. Team sizes: 7-8 people … 18-20 people. 60% IT folks, the rest business folks. Depending on LOB sponsoring.
   3. Not very complex, you have to be a strong PM. Communication skills need to sharp/on point. May have Audit/tax/enterprise/ advisory/hr/national marketing stakeholders.
2. Complexity depends on technology solutions
   1. Quick learner, project management person
   2. Don’t have to be a technology SME
3. Between 3 to 6 projects at a time
   1. Capable of switching hats- tax, audit, IT, etc.
   2. Need to be the SME of project management
   3. Can vary: Cloud, networks, hardware, software , SAAS, Pas, security, cyber ark ..
4. Need to be fast paced  weak matrix, shared resources, handling 3-4 at a time vs 1 project with strong matrix like a bank/structured environment

Must haves:

• Strong PM experience/has worked in project management
• Strong Agile and waterfall
• Someone who is methodical
• Someone who communicates well- can work with technical people as well as business people, good personality, adaptable, confident and collaborative
