Brief description of duties:
Looking for a business Project Manager to be a part of the discovery team, the candidate will help with the project financials, and engage with numerous stakeholders.
Must-haves:
• 8+ years in project management.
• Comfortable working in Agile and using Planview.
• Concrete experience in the application of agile principles in the Scrum or Scrumban framework (ceremonies, artifacts, etc.).
• Experience in budget management and capacity management of a sector of activity, strong financials.
Nice to haves:
• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of the business domain.
• Experience in facilitation and presentations at the executive level
• Real-world experience with accountability in both agile AND traditional modes
• Concrete experience in the application of best practices (e.g.: recognized repository) in project management
