Brief description of duties:

The client embarked on a  “Digital Strategy Program “ to advance the capabilities of our front-end online ‘sales & service’ channel available to clients on their personal devices (via browser, mobile, etc).  This role will oversee the streams of work to bring together a holistic offering driving toward the client’s strategic business outcomes.

MUST haves:

• Managing IT Delivery projects but focus on Digital applications and products
• Strong IT background
• Quote and Buy online
• Customer buying process
• Change management experience
• Online Digital customer experience
• Digital experience needed
• P&C would be ideal
• Must have at least financial background
• Strong communication skills
• Needs to be ready to really drive
• Finding areas of improvement within the current roadmap and strategy
• Service-based mentality
• Self-service
• Online services
• Website and portal experience
