Project Description:

  • Leveraging data to maintain clean and reliable data from diverse sources. working with comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that offer stakeholders a clear understanding of key performance indicators, trends, and patterns.
  • Through collaborate engagement with stakeholder, the team ensures that their deliverables align closely with organizational objectives, facilitating informed decisions.
  • The end goal of this project is to deliver clean data and generate actionable insights, supporting Bell Business markets.

 

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain clean and accurate data for customer records.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Research and validate company info, resolve discrepancies, and obtain further information when needed.
  • Review source data and process documents for data entry purposes
  • Ensure all entered data are accurate and complete.
  • Research data by using tools such as SQL, Google, and Government related sites.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in related Data Field
  • Previous experience in reporting and data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to utilize new systems and tools.
  • Good understanding of Canadian corporation’s structure
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset.
