Brief description of duties:

• Supports the IOPS and iConnect Test Leads on managing the respective recruitment needs
• Contributes to estimations, budget, collection of requirements in testing resourcing
• Coordinates conduct, documents interviews, and recruitment activities in collaboration with expert Team Members
• Perform the hiring steps such as opening hiring requests, recording selected candidates, processing onboarding requests, ensuring new joiners timely receive required tools (Laptops, iPads. etc.)
• Organizes Jira access for the EpiCx program.
• Supports Test Leads and Test Coordinators on defining training requirements, defining the onboarding journey for testing, uploading training material on the training site
• Coaches new testers to accelerate their onboarding journey

MUST haves:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Computer science
• Experience related to IT Projects
• Experience in recruiting and training
• Experience in conducting interviews of IT senior experts in a multicultural environment
• Experience in software testing
• Experience in organizing training sessions and training material and tools

Nice to haves:

• Experience in the selection of IT and Testing resources
• Understand the complexity of software and software product development
•  Attention to details
• Skilled in testing conceptual and logical models
• Passionate about people, their development and puts them as their priority to achieve great results together
• Ability to lead by influence, demonstrated effectiveness, drive decisions, and account for results
• Understands strategic context of large organizations and is eager to make an impact
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
