Brief description of duties:
The client is looking for a Program Manager within the Creditor portfolio. This role will be the Technical Delivery Lead on the KTLO (Keep the Lights On) team which looks at Currency, Automation, Innovation, and Support.
MUST haves:
In addition to these core accountabilities, the client is looking for someone who has some Portfolio Management experience as we look to formalize our overall Creditor book of business, bring structure to new initiatives coming through the pipeline and ensure the appropriate oversight is in place in the Ideation/Initiation phases. Part of this role will be establishing a formal structure for intake, prioritizing items, ensuring initiatives are looked at holistically and clarity is provided to all Creditor stakeholders.
