Process Consultant

Description;

As a Senior Process Consultant, you will be supporting Infrastructure Technology in its strategic path of innovating our infrastructure products by improving and building new processes and workflows. You will excel in identifying opportunities to simplify, reduce waste and ultimately free-up capacity of our Operations through process optimization and automation. You will provide consultation on process designs for large, innovative Technology initiatives. You will be an advocate for enabling continuous improvement across Technology. In addition, you will work collaboratively with the other Infrastructure Engineering teams to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships among team members.

How You’ll Succeed

● Leadership – Use your expertise in process engineering methodologies and project management to lead multiple projects and initiatives. Identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of strategic Improvement initiatives. Plan, support and provide training and coaching in Process Engineering and other improvement methodologies to Executives, Operations, Process Consultants, and others.
● Process Modeling – Develop current and future state process maps/documentation. Create data collection plans to measure key process KPIs and identify and develop leading process measures.
● Process Improvement – Conduct data analysis to understand process capability and performance. Facilitate sessions and apply design principals to develop future state processes. Create implementation plans and metrics to deliver process improvements and sustain results.
● Task Achievement – Drive and track projects to successful completion. Provide senior management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.

Must-have skills:

-10+ years of process experience
-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
-ITIL Certification
-Strong experience with technology processes – needs to understand language being dealt with (Infrastructure Technology)

Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
