Brief description of duties:
As part of the Pega center of excellence at Sunlife working to migrate manual business processes and legacy applications to the new Pega platform. Working across multiple lines of business including Group Benefits, Group retirement services, individual insurance. Gathering requirements from businesses and working closely with technical teams for delivery in an Agile environment.
MUST haves:
- Strong experience on multiple large ends to end Pega projects or workflow related projects as a Sr. BA
