Brief description of duties:
The goal is to develop a new IVR routing application that will serve to automate a number of manual and excel based processes within the call center group at the client. Using the Microsoft stack of technologies. Working alongside businesses to understand requirements and develop based on these requirements. Testing and deployment into production.
MUST haves:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to gather, analyze and provide feedback on requirements to vendor partners
