Brief description of duties:

• Work with Product Owners, Design, and Development to convert business requirements into developer-friendly specifications
• Author and update internal process documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Work with teams on planning, implementation, and documentation of requirements and processes
• Analyze existing software applications to understand and document functionality
• Produce test plans and test scripts, document business
• rules, and engage relevant teams to drive project phases.
• Produce data maps between source and target systems
• for integration projects
• Support HR/payroll implementation activities

MUST haves:

• HRIS
• Integration, development background (Java or . Net), API, Interface, and SQL.
• Strong conceptual, and analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Organized, motivated, and able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Business acumen and skills
• Knowledge and experience with system integrations and connections, an asset
• Experience with full cycle implementation of HR/Payroll solution, an asset
