Brief description of duties:

• Inputting reportable data for FIU Investigations teams
• Supporting the FIU team in preparing transaction reports
• Operating within set workflow and  saving/uploading accurate documentation
• Communication with investigators in regards to detailed information that requires transcribing

• Recent University Graduates
• Interest in getting into the financial industry
• Detail oriented
• Good Excel and Data Analysis skills
• Ability to gather, organize and interpret data and/or information
• Strong organization and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of operating independently
• Strong initiative and self-managing skills to be able to work independently with little direction
• Ability to escalate issues, recognize gaps in information
• Very strong data entry skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations, which usually requires tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Strong Analytical skills/systematic thinker
• Requires incumbent to sit in front of PC for extended periods of time
• Fundamental understanding of client business operations and transactions
• Business Maturity/awareness, dealing with confidential and sensitive material
• Extensive technical skills in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook,  SharePoint etc., as well as various types of office equipment.

Nice to haves:

• Great attitude – 1-2 years in a customer facing role or AML Analyst experience – wants to get into Financial Crimes
