Brief description of duties:

EPS Infrastructure Middleware resource to manage middleware platforms.

You shall join our client’s middleware admin group to manage our middleware platforms, i.e., application servers; leads Tomcat migration, etc.

Must-haves:

• Co-ordinate with the core infrastructure team to ensure the readiness of servers, prepare a requirement document
• Perform Application Server software installation and documentation
• Lead Tomcat migration
• Manage the Development/SIT/UAT/Production environment set up
• Troubleshoot Application Server and related problems
• Prepare the system backup/restore procedures
• Prepare and simulate disaster recovery for the managed applications
• Manage the releases from UAT to Production
• Manage deployment/promotion of changes within different stages of SDLC
• Automate monitoring / enable alert configuration
• Troubleshoot job failures and assist in re-run as appropriate
• Ensure proper documentation of processes
