Brief description of duties:

• Should have 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience on IBM CMOD ( last 3 years should be on CMOD)
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the application and platform to provide the design and development of solutions to ingest and retrieve various kind of data to CMOD
• Experience in ARS commands(arsdoc, arsxml, etc)
• Experience in CMOD application Configurations, various file formats, Indexing methodologies, etc
• IBM Documentation of CMOD
• Experience in end to end delivery of the projects from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and delivery
• Must have prior experience working in onsite and offshore model
• Experience in Banking Domain is an asset
• Experience with AS400, RPGLE, CLLE, FTP/SFTP, JS configuration, SQL, Shell scripting, DB2 is an asset
• Should be able to mentor new or Junior Developers and motivate the team members
• Knowledge of Java and Webservices is an asset
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills – Creating, updating, modifying existing code
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
• Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills

Must-haves:

• Should have 10+ years of Java development experience
• Banking experience
• Content Management System experience (5+ years of experience on IBM CMOD ( last 3 years should be on CMOD))
• Experience of Webservices
