Brief Description on Duties:

What is the opportunity?

This position provides implementation, administration, support, monitoring and/or maintenance of the Server environment. Responsible for timely user problem resolution, including problem recognition, project resource, isolation and resolution/escalation.

What will you do?

• Day-to-day server administration and support. Key technologies include Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, VMware, NetApp, CISCO.
• Promptly respond to and rectify system instability or failure.
• Upgrades and enhancements to maintain the infrastructure hardware and software.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to meet the needs of the organization and ensure they are being followed.
• Actively discuss, review, and recommend technical options and activities with the team.
• Proactively make recommendations to resolve technical system issues.
• Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
• At all times, interface with various members of the organization in a professional, calm, helpful and courteous manner.
• Adopts and shares best practices among colleagues.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, VMware, Storage and Networking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze incident response and escalate to so correct resources are brought in to solve incident

• NetApp certification
• CISCO networking
