Full Stack Developer

Description;

We are looking to onboard a Full Stack Developer. This team builds internal tools that enhance the selling experience, working closely with marketing to deliver applications that support onboarding and drive seller success. Most solutions are built in-house.
The developer will work on content-heavy applications (not background/infra-heavy) and will need to collaborate across a global team (Toronto, Denmark, Europe, Portland). A strong frontend developer is preferred, with backend competency (API experience in Node.js). Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and make architectural decisions within established onboarding documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain internal web applications for the seller onboarding experience
Collaborate with global engineering teams and marketing stakeholders
Develop using React, Node.js, and optionally Marko (nice to have)
Handle frontend-heavy work; build plug-and-play features
Manage end-to-end ownership of assigned work

Nice to Have:

Experience with Marko.js
Prior work in globally distributed teams
Ability to guide architecture choices (React vs. Marko)

Physical Presence: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
