Brief description of duties:

Accountable for the design, development, testing, and support of applications utilized in Lines of Business strategies.

Additional functions of role but not limited to:
– Writes high quality and well-documented code according to accepted standards based on user requirements
– Participates in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments as appropriate
– Contributes to successful completion of project deliverables
– Provides support to team members and application business partners.

Knowledge:

• Thorough in-depth knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes
• Exhibits solid knowledge of databases
• Programming experience with extensive business knowledge
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Solid understanding of SDLC and QA requirements

MUST haves:

• Strong ETL experience and Data Warehouse development
• Working Experience with SQL design/coding
• Experience with SQL Server, Netezza, PL/SQL, MS SQL
• Proficient in SSIS, SSAS
• strong in SSIS, Java, or .NET
• Strong with Programming Design Pattern
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
• Quick learning skills
• Possesses solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to carry out complex tasks and prioritize when multi-tasking
