Brief description of duties:

Performing production monitoring for the client’s digital assets using Dynatrace. Collaborating in a large complex environment to get issues resolved.

MUST haves

Technically:

• Sound knowledge of ideally all of the 3 tools. The more the better. They are listed in order of preference.
  • DynaTrace Managed
  • Adobe analytics
  • Tealeaf

• Highly motivated
• Quick learner, very curious
• Excellent dealing with stress. Strong ability to deliver on commitments despite uncertainties.
• Excellent coordination and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communicator. Ask the right questions, can synthetize the information, can influence and engage effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills. Root cause analysis. Very detailed oriented and precise.
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions

Nice to haves:

• Coding background a definitive plus.
