Brief description of duties:

• The resource will work with the business to look at requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Can lead data team and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty a bit as the team is still quite junior

Must-haves:

• Data modeling
• Data management
• Experienced with database concepts, design, architecture
• Understands all stages of data design & lifecycle
• Great communications
• Can thrive in a changing environment
• Azure
• SQL Server
• MS Stack of technologies

Nice to haves:

• Able to write a few lines of code if necessary (again, since the team is junior, if they were able and willing to jump in when necessary that would be highly valued)
• Salesforce experience (data project is aligned with CRM project- they will be working closely with Salesforce architect)
• Mulesoft familiarity (again, working closely with integration team. a Basic understanding of Mulesoft would be nice)
• Willing to convert to FTE
• Financial/investment understanding and experience
