Brief description of duties:

• Looking for an OCM-type Change Manager who works well with people (*not* ITIL)
• Needs to be able to assess who stakeholders are, make sure planning is accomplished, talk to the right people, and be responsible for communication being delivered effectively
• Need someone who can hit the ground running and maneuver in a bank ideally
• We Will be working on a mix of private wealth, insurance, tax enhancements projects

MUST haves:

• Excellent communication skills
• OCM-style change experience

Nice to haves:

• Banking experience
• Wealth experience
• Insurance experience
