Delivering IVR and call center routing initiatives, working closely with business teams to gather and document requirements in a fast-paced environment. Working with vendor development teams as well as internal teams to communicate technical specifications.
MUST haves:
- IVR/Telephony background
- Amdocs nm1
- Strong BSA skills
- Able to gather requirements directly from business and work closely with internal and vendor development teams
