Brief description of duties:

Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements for implementation of Proactive Chat for the client (Chatbot that initiates conversation with user).  Working with technical teams to implement these rules.  Working with analytics team to understand and interpret Chatbot data, determine the effectiveness of chatbot use cases. Driving insights and providing recommendations to the business.  Ex – data shows positive feedback on chatbot effectiveness in deflecting call volume from call center we need to continue this.

Must-haves:

• Strong experience working with data and driving insights through data
• 2-3 years BA experience. Strong requirements gathering ability and experience working as a BA with business and technical teams
• Team player – able to participate in a collaborative team environment, contribute to the discussion
• Great attitude

Nice to haves:

• Chatbot experience
