Term: Contract – 12 months with extension
Location: Toronto – Hybrid – twice a week

Brief Description on Duties
Candidate Value Proposition:
The successful candidates will be part of a highly visible team within the bank on a global level. These candidates will be exposed to several different departments and opportunities to enhance their skills.
Typical Day in Role:
- Write test scrips
- Conduct UAT
- Defect resolution
- Gather Business Requirements based on company policies
- Review policies and offer enhancement solutions
- Writing/creating reports
- Offer process improvements where necessary
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel Knowledge (Macros) and proficiency with MS Office Products (outlook, work, PPT)
- 1+ years of experience with UAT
- 1+ years of experience running reports, reviewing policies, gathering business requirements and aligning the three (preferably in FI)
- 1+ years of experience in detecting technical system defects and providing resolutions
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- JIRA/ Sharepoint
- Spanish
- Workforce Time and Attendance
- PowerBI
- Experience writing scripts
