Brief description of duties:

Looking for a business analyst/junior PM to work on a data compliance project within global risk management

Requirements gathering, documentation, BRD, FRD’s

Must-haves:

• Strong banking BA skillset
• 7 years’ experience working on data lineage, data quality rules, data governance/compliance requirements
• Experience working on data governance policies. They are updating and implementing the client’s policy rules through 2022
• Propose and implement updates to said rules
• Work with data quality dimensions and analyze rules
• Updating rules and internal  policies
• Ability to work with development and project stakeholders

Nice to haves:

• Project management/coordination and QA experience (Cross-functional role)
• Ideally  BA/PM profile but 80% BA
• Ex-Banking experience is a huge asset especially within a data governance office or risk management
• Lead experience an asset
• Change management experience an asset
