Brief description of duties:

The Business Analyst is a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. They are deadline-oriented with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and apply critical thinking to resolve business and system problems.

MUST haves:

• Experience in a Project Delivery and Production Support model doing formal business requirements gathering
• Experience working with change requests
• Flexible, interest in growth
• Good communication skills to work directly with the business
• Post-secondary education

Nice to haves:

• Salesforce experience
• Microsoft .net project experience
• Cloud migration experience
