Typical Day in Role:
Ensure all automation are compliant with the client’s security directives and policies
Work with other IT support teams to develop/design automation to assist with tasks
Being able to gather requirements and solution/develop, test what IT support teams needs
Hand-off fully a developed solution to later train and handoff to various IT support teams
Be comfortable with communicating to various IT support teams and be able to ask questions to help with solutions
Must-haves:
3-5 years hands-on coding experience in Java, Webservices, .Net, and API’s
2-3 years experience using DevOps tools such as BitBucket/GIT, and Jenkins
2-4 years hands-on experience implementing automation processes
Nice to haves:
RPA experience
