Brief Description of Duties:

Looking for Agile coaches to provide

• Training and coaching on agile Leadership, agile practices and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Assisting in the development and delivery of content for Agile Communities of Practice
• Developing and delivering agile workshops

Must Haves: 

• 10+ years of non overlapping experience as a change management consultant.
• OR – a recognized professional certification along with 5 years of experience as a change management consultant.
• Experience providing strategy, setting up workshops for enterprise-wide agile (software development) transformation.
• Experience in development of architecture requirements design, process development, mapping and training.
• Have created agile training material and established training curriculum on agile (SCRUM and Kanban).

Nice to Haves: 

• Training experience both in person and virtually.
• Experience in change impact analysis & change management activities.
