Brief description of duties:

Building security on campuses and access card project

Project involves Access, Permissions, Access Cards

A vendor will be providing the solution but they need a person to assist with moving this forward

Links into active directory in azure cloud

Process is decentralized from facilities department currently and looking for improvements and efficiencies

Define some requirements

Main part is impact assessment and working with change management team to identify change requirements

All printing Some printing is using

Defining and documenting requirements:

• building, access, levels, permissions, IAM, printing, floor access,
• knowledge of active directory in Azure is important

Complete impact assessment – how does this impact employees, contractors, visitors and anyone accessing IGM locations, how will solution be implemented

MUST haves:

• BA/BSA Experience
• Experience with requirements definition
• Infrastructure background
• Active Directory in Azure Cloud
• Ability to complete an impact assessment
• Experience in a similar sized environment (industry doesn’t matter)

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience implementing building access card solutions in other companies
