Brief description of duties:

• Responsible for the verification of data on client output including but not limited to statements and trade confirmation
• Creation, maintenance, and execution of testing plans and cases for system changes
• Validation of output from reports created in house or by established systems
• Testing of Advisor targeted outputs including reports and forms

MUST haves:

• MFDA dealer (mutual funds) back-office or fund company experience, preferably with Univeris as a back office
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Sense of organization and autonomy;
• Sense of priorities and ability to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge of financial services products;
• Diploma in administration or other related disciplines;
• Above-average knowledge of Excel and Word software;

Nice to haves: 

• French is an asset
